How It Works

    • Browse available meeting spaces in the calendars
    • Select your preferred date and time
    • The reservation will hold the space immediately
    • The AHA Team will reach out to confirm your access
Event space is rented for 2 hours minimum which includes 1 hour of room set-up/breakdown by Aha Projects and 1 hours of meeting room use with AV capabilities to include: screen casting, computer podium for presentations, microphones and room wide speakers. 

Add Ons - Once you have your pass add on desk days. 

A desk day pass grants one individual access to the facility for a single day. When you purchase a desk day package, those days do not have an expiration date!
